Shipping

Juvie offers flat rate shipping for U.S. orders. We will ship your entire order anywhere in the U.S. for $4.99, which has a delivery time of 2-6 business days after the package leaves our store.

If you require faster shipping, 3-Day and Overnight are available at checkout in the Continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail). See below for international shipping rates.

*NOTE: Due to increases in shipping company surcharges, Juvieshop.com reserves the right to choose a carrier at a level of service (speed) that is equal to or better than the shipping service you have chosen. You will be notified via email when your package has shipped, what service was used and how you can track your shipment.

We ship in-stock items within 48 hours of credit approval, but often the same day that you place your order. Orders received after 3 PM PST weekdays, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Please note that UPS does not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. USPS does not deliver on Sunday or holidays.

Ground shipping for the U.S.: $4.99

3-Day shipping for the U.S.: $12.00

Overnight for the U.S.: $44.00

Alaska and Hawaii: Choose Ground shipping ($4.99). Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you require fasting shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please email us for a quote at info@juvieshop.com.

International Shipping

We ship out of the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail International Shipping. The cost of shipping internationally is based on your total purchase price. Estimated delivery time is 6-10 days. Please note that you will be responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes charged by your country upon receipt. We are unable to provide an estimate of what those charges might be; check with your local postal service for more information.

Purchases and Sales Tax

We accept payment via American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Sales tax (9.75%) will be added to all orders being shipped to addresses within the state of California.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.

Your may return items in your order* for exchange or store credit within 21 days of your purchase date. No credit card, check, or cash refunds will be issued. Merchandise can only be returned if it is unused, unworn, and with its original tags intact.

*Sales are final and no returns will be accepted on undergarments, body jewelry, or sale merchandise.

If you would like to make an exchange, please fill out the form on the reverse of your invoice that was packed with your item(s), indicating any exchanges or returns for credit. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged merchandise or a packing error on our part. It is suggested that you obtain insurance on the return package to protect yourself from loss.

You may exchange any items you ordered for any other items in the store. If you are exchanging merchandise, you will not be charged a second shipping fee.

If your return/exchange results in a credit, it will be issued to you in the form of an online gift certificate code, which will be emailed to you. There is no expiration date to your store credits.

If your return/exchange results in an amount due, it will be charged to the credit card used for your initial order, unless you tell us to use a different credit card.

Out of Stock/Backordered Items

While we strive to keep an accurate listing of what's available in our store, occasionally an item will be oversold (e.g., it will be listed as being in stock when the item is in fact sold out). If this occurs, you will be given the option of making an alternate selection from the shop. If you do not wish to purchase an alternate item, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of the charge for the out of stock item within six days of your initial purchase.

If an item you have purchased is out of stock but will be back in stock shortly (e.g., backordered), you will be notified of the anticipated ship date, and given the option to cancel your order with a full refund to your credit card.

Gift Certificates

Gift Wrap

Gift Wrap at Juvie Gift wrapping is available on most items. The cost per item is $4.00, and you can specify if you'd like girl's or boy's gift wrap when you add an item to your shopping cart. If you don't see a gift wrap option on the item's page, it means that gift wrapping is not available for that particular item.

We box and wrap each item individually in high-quality paper and tie it with a grosgrain ribbon. You can also write a gift message during checkout that we will include with your gift. And rest assured that all prices will be deleted from the gift receipt.

If your order is a gift but you would prefer not to wrap it, just write your gift message in the space provided during checkout. We will send a gift receipt with your message on it.
