Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.
Your may return any items in your order for exchange or store credit within 21 days of your purchase date. No credit card, check, or cash refunds will be issued. Merchandise can only be returned if it is unused, unworn, and with its original tags intact. Sales are final and no returns will be accepted on undergarments, body jewelry, or sale merchandise.
If you would like to make an exchange, please fill out the form on the reverse of your invoice that was packed with your item(s), indicating any exchanges or returns for credit. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged merchandise or a packing error on our part. It is suggested that you obtain insurance on the return package to protect yourself from loss.
You may exchange any items you received for any other items in the store. If you are exchanging merchandise, we will pay to ship your new items to you (via UPS Ground).
If your return/exchange results in a credit, it will be issued to you in the form of an online gift certificate code, which will be emailed to you. There is no expiration date to your store credits.
If your return/exchange results in an amount due, it will be charged to the credit card used for your initial order, unless you tell us to use a different credit card.
Out of Stock/Backordered Items
Occasionally, an item will be oversold (e.g., it will be listed as in stock in the store when the item is in fact out of stock). If this occurs, you will be given the option of making an alternate selection from the shop. If you do not wish to purchase an alternate item, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of the charge for the out of stock item within six days of your initial purchase.
If an item you have purchased is backordered, you will be notified of the anticipated ship date, and given the option to cancel your order with a full refund to your credit card.
